For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the vvip55 website accessible at https://vvip55.net and any associated mobile-optimised interface, application, or service operated by vvip55.
• "Member" or "You" means any individual who has successfully registered a vvip55 account and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
• "Account" means the personal account opened by a Member on the Platform, used to access services, manage funds, and place wagers.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a Member's vvip55 account at any given time, denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp).
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, cashback, or incentive awarded to a Member by vvip55 that is subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total amount a Member must wager using Bonus Funds before those funds — or any winnings derived from them — become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means the identity and age verification process conducted by vvip55 to confirm a Member's eligibility before processing withdrawals or large transactions.
• "Services" means all gaming products offered on the Platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slot games, Andar Bahar, and capsa susun (the Indonesian card-stacking game).
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country or territory from which accessing or using the Platform is restricted or prohibited under applicable law.

Use of the vvip55 Platform is strictly limited to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout their membership:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. vvip55 enforces a strict 21+ policy across all services.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from any Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have previously been permanently banned from the vvip55 Platform or any associated service.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, agent, or contractor of vvip55 or any of its affiliated entities, or an immediate family member of any such person.

To access the Services, you must register a single personal account on the Platform. The following rules govern the registration and ongoing management of your vvip55 account:

• One Account Per Person: Each Member is permitted to hold only one (1) active vvip55 account. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances.
• Accurate Information: You must provide complete, accurate, and up-to-date information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes.
• Login Credentials: You are solely responsible for the security of your username and password. You must not share your credentials with any third party. vvip55 will never request your password via any communication channel. All activity conducted using your login credentials will be treated as authorised by you.
• KYC Verification: vvip55 reserves the right to require KYC documentation — including a government-issued photo ID (e.g., KTP, SIM, or passport) and proof of payment method ownership — before approving any withdrawal request or at any other time deemed necessary by our compliance team.
• Account Security: You must notify vvip55 immediately at the contact email listed in Clause 14 if you suspect any unauthorised access to or use of your account.

All financial transactions on the vvip55 Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). vvip55 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount is Rp 25.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit Processing: Deposits made via local Indonesian bank transfer and e-wallet are credited to your account balance instantly or within a maximum of 15 minutes, subject to the payment provider's processing time. vvip55 is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment providers.
• Minimum Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes for major Indonesian bank transfers and within 5 minutes for e-wallet transfers, during our standard service window (07:00–23:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside this window will be processed at the start of the next service window.
• Withdrawal Verification: vvip55 reserves the right to withhold processing of any withdrawal pending completion of KYC verification. Withdrawals will only be made to payment accounts registered in the Member's own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• Currency: All balances, transactions, and displayed amounts on the Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). No currency conversion fees are applied by vvip55; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.
• Dormant Accounts: Accounts with no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. vvip55 reserves the right to apply an administrative fee of Rp 50.000 per month to dormant account balances, following written notice to the registered email address.

vvip55 may from time to time offer promotional bonuses, welcome packages, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and other incentives to Members. All such promotions are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated on the promotion page. Standard wagering requirements range from 5x to 30x the bonus amount, depending on the specific offer.
• Validity Period: Bonus Funds must be used within the stated validity period. Unused Bonus Funds will be forfeited upon expiry without compensation.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on a Member's account at any given time. Accepting a new bonus while an existing bonus remains unconverted may result in forfeiture of the previous bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward fulfilling a wagering requirement. Slot games typically contribute 100%; live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a reduced rate. The contribution rate for each game category will be specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet Restriction: While a Bonus Fund wagering requirement is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per market is Rp 200.000 unless the promotion terms state otherwise. Bets placed in excess of this limit during an active bonus may be voided.
• Abuse: vvip55 reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings, and to suspend or permanently close accounts, where bonus abuse — including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage wagering, or collusion — is detected.
• Seasonal Promotions: Special promotions may be offered during Indonesian cultural events and national holidays, including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), Imlek, and Nyepi. Specific terms for such promotions will be published on the Platform at the time of the relevant event.

The following rules apply to all wagering activity conducted on the vvip55 Platform across all product categories, including sports betting, live casino, slots, Andar Bahar, and capsa susun:

• Bet Acceptance: vvip55 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet or wager at its sole discretion, including in cases of suspected fraud, technical errors, or where the bet would expose the Platform to disproportionate liability.
• Errors & Malfunctions: In the event of a software malfunction, communication error, or other technical fault that affects the outcome of a game round or bet settlement, vvip55 reserves the right to void all affected bets and return the wagered amount to the respective Members' accounts.
• Sportsbook: All sports bets are settled in accordance with the official result declared by the relevant governing body (e.g., FIFA, AFF, BWF, IESF). Results declared by vvip55's data feed providers are considered final for settlement purposes unless subsequently corrected by the governing body within 72 hours of the event.
• Live Casino: vvip55's live casino games are provided by third-party certified studios. The rules of each individual game are governed by the studio's published game rules, accessible within each game interface. In the event of a conflict between those rules and these Terms & Conditions, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
• Slot Games: All slot game outcomes are determined by certified random number generators (RNG). Return-to-player (RTP) percentages for each title are published in the game information panel. vvip55 does not guarantee any specific outcome on any game session, including on slot gacor (high-payout slot) titles.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the vvip55 Platform. Engaging in any of the following activities may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Registering or operating more than one vvip55 account, whether personally or through third parties acting on your behalf.
• Using software, bots, scripts, algorithms, or any automated means to gain an unfair advantage over other players or the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or loopholes to place bets or generate outcomes that would not occur under normal operating conditions.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated play designed to manipulate game outcomes or exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime through the use of vvip55 accounts or payment channels.
• Accessing the Platform via a VPN, proxy server, or any other tool designed to mask your actual geographic location or identity.
• Engaging in harassment, abusive behaviour, or threatening conduct toward vvip55 staff, agents, or other Members via any communication channel.

All content on the vvip55 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data structures, and the overall "look and feel" of the Platform — is the exclusive property of vvip55 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

Members are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, strictly in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any portion of the Platform or its content without vvip55's prior written consent.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vvip55 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or any of its Services.
• Any loss of funds, profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from: (a) unauthorised access to your account; (b) interruption or cessation of service; (c) bugs, errors, or inaccuracies in any content; (d) any delay or failure in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• The actions, content, or data of any third party, including game studios whose products are accessible via the Platform.

The total liability of vvip55 to any Member in connection with any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall not exceed the amount of the Member's account balance at the time the claim arose.

vvip55 collects, processes, and stores personal data provided by Members in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and should be read in conjunction with them. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vvip55 implements industry-standard SSL/TLS encryption across all Platform transactions and data transfers. Personal data is retained only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulation, including anti-money laundering record-keeping obligations.

vvip55 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other criminal conduct.
• A chargeback, reversal, or dispute initiated by the Member with their payment provider.
• A court order, regulatory direction, or other legal obligation requiring vvip55 to restrict the account.

Upon account closure, any withdrawable real-money balance (i.e., funds not subject to an active wagering requirement) will be returned to the Member's verified payment account after any outstanding investigations have been concluded. Bonus Funds and associated winnings are non-refundable upon account closure for breach of these Terms.

Members may also voluntarily close their account at any time by contacting vvip55 customer support at the email address in Clause 14. Voluntary closure requests from Members who have activated a self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming programme will be processed immediately and irrevocably for the duration of the exclusion period.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law applicable to online gaming platforms operating for the benefit of Indonesian players.

In the event of any dispute, vvip55 and the Member agree to first attempt to resolve the matter in good faith through direct communication via the contact channels in Clause 14. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 calendar days of being formally raised, either party may refer the matter to an independent dispute resolution body agreed upon by both parties at the time.

Nothing in this clause shall limit vvip55's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm.

vvip55 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. The effective date displayed at the top of this page will be updated each time a revision is made. Where a change is material — meaning it meaningfully affects Members' rights or obligations — vvip55 will provide advance notice of at least 7 calendar days via the email address registered to each affected account prior to the change taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment has come into effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to arrange the return of any withdrawable balance.
